This is a beginner-friendly training op to get us ready for the Tito’s Ugly Sweater 5K + AKC Turkey Trot 5K on December 13. One race, two medals, maximum chaos. We’ll gradually build from wiggle-walks to full-on 5K glory while learning our Canicross cues:
Gee = turn right Haw = turn left On by = ignore that squirrel Let’s go = move out Back/Behind = fall back
